SHINYBOUNDS MAP #6 UPDATE | FARMING, NEW BOSSES, KITS AND MORE

Greetings!
This is the changelog of the update release on Map #6. We are hoping you are ready for the biggest season update so far.
It not only contains new kits, warzone islands and a new dimension to discover,
but also changes the way how you play shinybounds with a complete rework of the challenge and prestige system.
But there is still a lot more! (Release at 26th January, 8pm CEST) So lets start with the changes in the Warzone


Warzone
For this season we only changed small parts of the Warzone.
We changed the location of the boss fights / boss arena and reworked some islands.
Also an island from last season appeared in the warzone waiting for upcoming events to discover it’s meaning.

Elemental Outpost
One of our most liked warzone features over the last season is getting a twin.
At the location of the former boss arena the new "Elemental Outpost" can be found.
This outpost can be captured by one clan to earn nice buffs for all members of your clan (/outpost to see the buffs).

Boss Update
The most awaited update finally arrives and contains beside a complete rework of our Arcane Golem Boss three new bosses: The Eternal Which and the corrupted versions of these two.
With that we welcome a new guest in our warzone. The competitor arrived near the combat outpost with some cool challenges to unlock our new corrupted boss arena.
In this area you can find a new boss chest where you can only open your corrupted boss keys with special overpowered loot, such as the new Eternal Witch Armor, can be found.
But be careful the two new bosses won’t go easy on you.

We also adjusted the charge requirements for normal bosses and added "Corrupted Essence" this item is needed to charge corrupted boss eggs at the corrupted boss altar.
You can rarely get corrupted essence from nearly all kind of loottables and also you can now use /wz to teleport yourself to the combat outpost (y)


New Kits and balance changes
Beside a big balance change of all ikits and okits in this season
we are introducing the following new kits that you can unlock.

Assassin Immortal Kit
The Assassin Armor reduces the backstab cooldown by 50% Type /ikits in-game to learn more about the new ikit

Party Animal Immortal Kit
The Party Animal Armor allows its user to spawn a rocket by sneaking. Type /ikits in-game to learn more about the new ikit

Contestor Immortal Kit
The Contestor Armor allows its user to cap the Elemental / Comet outpost at 2x Speed. Type /ikits in-game to learn more about the new ikit

Krampus God Kit
The Krampus Armor allows its user to block other players gold apple, ender pearl or flash heal. Type /gkits to learn more about the new gkit

Charger Standard Kit
The Charger Kit contains a random boss egg, 5 Ore Seed boxes, 50k Itemxp and can be claimed every 10 days.


Other kit changes
  • Changed the cooldown of the Skydropper Standard Kit from 3 to 5 days
  • Changed the cooldown of the Necromancer Standard Kit from 3 to 5 days
  • Changed the cooldown of the Collector Standard Kit from 5 to 7 days
  • Changed the name from Assassin Okit to Protector Okit
  • Changed the name from Vampire Okit to Ghost Okit
  • Changed the loot from the Ghost Okit and the Protector Okit
  • The clown set bonus range is now infinite (30 blocks before change)
  • The Bunny set now has a 2x faster warzone rocket cooldown in koth (4x before)


Immortal Summoner Standard kit
It´s one of our main goal to reward active players.
That’s why we decided to lower the unlock chance of Immortal Shards received from the Immortal Summoner Standard Kit from 25 to 15%.
The unlock chance of every other Immortal Shard (from slayer etc.) where you have to grind stays at 25%. But that’s not all.
Introducing the Immortal Booster

Immortal Booster
We wouldn’t lower the unlock chance of shards received from immortal summoner without giving every player the chance to rise the unlock chance back to the original chance.
Therefore from next season on you can find immortal booster which each are able to boost the unlock chance of an immortal shard from 1 to 3%.
Every shard can get boosted by 25%.
With that we want active players to profit and reduce the gap between players with immortal summoner and players without to ensure a more fair experience.



Prestige / Player Leveling

Rework of the Daily and Campaign Challenges
We’ve added many new exciting daily challenges which now go up to the difficulty „insane“ and also new campaign challenges.
By the start of the new season you will be able to select five daily challenges per day.
Also three campaign challenges can be skipped with the new campaign challenge pass.


Rework of the Prestige System
For many season prestiging, one of the core elements of our server wasn’t what it should have been. That’s why we wanted to make it to one of everyones main goals again. Therefor we’ve changed the prestige requirements. You won’t need every daily and campaign challenge until you reach a certain prestige. Also we introduce the Prestige Skill Tree


Prestige Skill Tree
From the start of this season, for every prestige you complete you’ll get prestige points in the amount of your prestige level (First Prestige gives one point, second prestige gives two…).
You are able to use this points in the prestige skill tree found in /challenge to skill three different paths.
The first level of every path requires one, the second two and the final three prestige points.
Each level of every path can only be skilled after skilling the previous levels of the same path.

For the start of this feature we implement the skill paths „Kit Cooldown Reduction“, „Island Upgrade Reduction“ and „Personal Sellboost“.
We hope this brings new motivation to island players as well as pvp players. But we’re still not at the end.
Also every prestige will grant you one prestige lootbox containing many cool items. The level of this crate rises with every prestige.
We hope this big change brings back the excitement prestiging should and motivates many more players to grind for it!



⛏️ Tradia Changes ⛏️
Tradia Over the down time the rain has cleared away rocks and rubble and revealed a new mine shaft in the Tradia mine. Work your way down and discover ores which have never been seen by a human. Until now!

other Tradia Changes
  • Changed the prices for most of the items sold by the treasure hunter.
  • Introduced a new tradia crate found while mining in the tradia mines.
  • You can now obtain Openables while mining in tradia (doesn't work with Miner set or Treasure hoarder enchantment)


🐖 Spirit Fields 👨‍🌾
Spirit Fields is the newest dimension of the magic server which only waits to be discovered. How to enter Spirit Fields? ... But what even is there? ...
You can enter Spirit Fields by talking to the Farmer npc that is located at the south east edge of Tradia. In Spirit Fields you will find some npc's like
The Sorter sells Farming Runes and Farming Artifacts for farming tokens.
The Book Vendor sells the newest farming enchantment books for farming tokens. But how can you obtain farming tokens?
You can get farming tokens and farming points by completing tasks on your island that you got from Sylvia (Unlocks at: Player level 20).

Hoe Abilitys
With the appearance of spirit fields. We are also intruducing 3 new Hoe Ability's that you can unlock by leveling your hoes.

🪄 New Farming and PVP enchantments + changes 🪄
  • Star Finder - Chance to find Stars while harvesting crops (Max Level: 1 / Special: 2)
  • Prosperity - Chance to find massive amounts of crops while harvesting (Max Level: 10)
  • Replenish - Automatically replace harvested crops (Max Level: 10)
  • Spirit Hunter - Increased chance to find Spirit Fragments while harvesting (Max Level: 10)
  • Viper - Increased damage to players that are poisoned (Max Level: 10)
  • Boss Hunter - Increased damage to bosses (Max Level: 10)
  • Mooch - Helmets only: Chance to heal yourself when your enemy heals due to regeneration (Max Level: 5)
  • Undead - Gain Strength 2 when you're on low hp (45s cooldown) (Max Level: 10)
  • Gallop - Iron boots only: Gain Speed 1 (Max Level: 1)
  • Weakness got nerfed a bit and Weakness 6 is now a special enchantment (Max Level: 5 / Special: 6)


🏝️New Island Upgrades🏝️
  • Shopkeeper taxes Max Level: 5 (-2% each level)

  • Sell Chest money boost Max Level: 5 (2% each level)

  • Mob Spawner Limit upgrades Max Level: 11 (last Season Max Level: 5)


⚔️ K.O.T.H changes⚔️
  • Bunny warzone rocket cooldown in koth is now 10s instead of 5s

  • Player cooldown for grav guns (45s)

  • Player cooldown for Super Cookies (30s)

  • Koth Combat timer is now at 25s (was 15s before)

  • All players that are in the clan of the player that has capped the king of the hill event will receive 1 Koth point

  • Added /kothtop where you can see a list of the top players with the most koth points


🧭 Travellers Compass 🧭
We are aware that the more new dimensions get revealed the harder it gets for new players to find orientation on the server.
That’s why implement a new menu which can be accessed by talking to the Traveller NPC found at the spawn or typing /travel.
This Npc / command gives information on every area of the magic server.
It shows the different aspects of each area, where you can access them and other useful information.
We hope that this change makes it easier for everyone to keep up with everything new implemented this and in future seasons.

❗Other notable changes ❗
  • Max clan member limit: 10 —> 5
  • 5% Stars tax on /pay and /withdraw
  • 10% Stars tax if you sell something in the auction house
  • New Tradia, Fairywood, Spirit Fields Competitions
  • Loottable changes for almost every loottable
  • Necromancer shop prices are now 750 for a spawner spinner (1500 before) and
    250 for a animal spawner spinner (500 before)
  • The Combat Expert has new items that he wants to sell (Krampus gkit flare,...)
  • Level up, Competition, Boss fight rewards are going in your /claimbox and not in your inventory or dropzone anymore
  • Nerfed Blackscroll dropchance from squids + squids are only dropping blackscrolls if they get killed by a player
  • Players can now see all current set bonuses via "/enchants"
  • Witch spawner got buffed
  • /level shows now what players can unlock at the different player levels
  • We added a new Prefix spinner and OP enchantment crate openable
  • Increased fund requirements for standard kits and immortal kits
  • Added a Supply Drop Flare that let you spawn a supply drop in the warzone
  • Players will keep their prestige badge even after the season resets
